Voice proves to be a superb instrument
Top Irish soprano, Ailish Tynan, who won the Rosenblatt Recital Prize in the 2003 BBC Cardiff Singer of the World Competition, and whose rendition of a set of Irish songs will be particularly remembered for a long time wrote:

Concert will be difficult to top
Following an outstanding recital, which even encompassed the inconvenience of a broken E-string during the opening 'Gypsy Rondo' Piano Trio of Haydn, internationally-acclaimed Norwegian violinist and leader of the Nash Ensemble, Marianne Thorsen wrote:
