University Don sure can sing
The world-renowned ensemble, directed by violinist, Matthew Truscott and Steven Devine (harpsichord), presented a tremendous all-Handel recital, where they were joined by internationally-acclaimed British tenor, Ian Bostridge. Katy Bell, on behalf of the orchestra, wrote:
'I will pass on your comments to the orchestra and circulate the review. I heard them play the same programme with Ian Bostridge at Kings Place in London last Saturday and it was wonderful!'

2006 BBC Young Musician finalist, Cordelia Williams, joined the Peninsula Doctors' Orchestra for their second annual weekend and concert, playing the Grieg Piano Concerto, under the baton of Simon Ible, Director of Music at the University of Plymouth. Cordelia wrote:
'Thank you so much - that's wonderful! I'm so glad you enjoyed the Grieg,and I look forward to seeing you again if I return to Plymouth in the future.''
